Promoting a Deeper Spiritual Life Among God's People

Initiated by the desire to participate more deeply in the mission of the Carmelite Sisters, the Friends of Carmel begin in 2006 in Miami. We are moving towards bringing this partnership to other areas.

Friends of Carmel support the Carmelite Sisters' mission through their spiritual, professional, and/or financial gifts.

Recognize the profound value of the witness of religious sisters to the world
Appreciate Catholic Education
Desire to protect the sanctity of life, particularly the very young, adolescents, and vulnerable senior members of our society
