Mother - Daughter Retreat

The responses and graces that have poured forth from this time together have been innumerable. The beauty and balance of prayer, work, and recreation in the spirit of Carmel has been a source of blessing and inspiration for all who have attended as well as for the Sisters.

For Mothers and Daughters (ages 13-17)

We invite you to give us the privilege of being able to serve you and your families through

A week of faith formation with conferences on the Mass and our Catholic Faith,

A time for personal prayer and reflection,

A deepening awareness of the dignity we have as children of God

Special time set aside for mother ~ daughter sharing

An opportunity to meet and spend time with many of our Sisters,

A taste of the Carmelite Sisters’ life in prayer, work, & recreation

For moms: An opportunity to share with other mothers,

For girls: an opportunity to form lasting, solid friendships

Participation in the sacraments of Holy Mass and Reconciliation

The graces of this week, we hope, will strengthen the bonds between mothers and daughters and become a source of many blessings for your entire family.

The week will take place at the Sacred Heart Retreat House in Alhambra, California
