Elderly Sisters’ Fund

YOUNG AND OLDSt. Thérèse had an all-consuming love for God in her heart – an unquenchable fire – and in time, she realized that she was called to be a victim of love, from whence sprang her vocation which she had been seeking for so long. Finally understanding her vocation, she wrote, “In the Heart of the Church I will be love.”

The most treasured gifts within our community are the life, holiness, wisdom, and friendship of our sisters who Smaria Belenfor 50, 60, 70+ years, have given whole-heartedly of themselves in a life of self-giving love in the Heart of the Church.  “Life enriched by experience and prayer, becomes a witness to lasting values”.
As our sisters age, we strive to meet, to the best of our ability, their various needs. If you would like to be of assistance, your help would be greatly appreciated. Know that each of our elderly sisters, veritable powerhouses of prayer, prays daily before the Blessed Sacrament for those who remember them in this way.
Small and large donations are gratefully accepted. St. Augustine once wrote, “A small thing is a small thing. . . but a small thing done faithfully is a great thing.”
