The 8th Station of the Cross, Jesus meets the women of Jerusalem

Rich Contributions…Our Elders Reflect on the Stations of the Cross

Did you know that our sisters serve the elderly in independent and assisted living as well as skilled nursing? In a society which is losing its ability to appreciate the contributions made by members seen as “non-productive,” we have the privilege of witnessing to the value, dignity, and beauty of every human person.

Our residents at Santa Teresita recently took some time to reflect on the Stations of the Cross.   The result is a collection of simple and beautiful thoughts to help you enter more deeply into the mystery of Christ’s saving love.  Our society often misses the rich contribution that the elders among us have to make…what a loss for those who make that mistake!  As for us, we are enjoying every moment with our seniors!
